Solving for Growth.

I’m serendipitously looking for my next adventure, not necessarily a startup but a meaningful role.

Meanwhile I am,
Blogging on actionable ideas that I encounter in research, startup interactions, and my readings.
Advisor to some innovative startups. I love helping startups in the seed stage, when they’re looking for ideas in marketing and monetization.
Social Venture Enthusiast: Following activities of NSEF, Ashoka, Better India, Innovation Alchemy, Idiom Design Impact Fund, etc.
Tech-enabling India’s non-English population (Lipikaar.com, Sarva Sakshar Foundation: Guruji-India.com, Scalable English Tutoring Models)

Most recently, I was part of the founding team and mentored early stage startups at Global Super Angels Accelerator (gsfindia.com/team).

More About Me

I love building ideas that can impact millions. In my work I seek a good combination of ‘people, problem, & impact’. As a Web entrepreneur, I have conceived and built products around e-commerce (B2C), Crowdsourcing, and software to tech-enable regional audiences (SME).

Previously worked with Intuit (in Bangalore), Amazon.com (in Seattle), Netegrity Inc (in Boston), Persistent (Pune); I completed my MBA from Wharton, and a Bachelors in Engineering (Computer Science) from College of Engineering, University of Pune.

I’ve presented my products at DEMO.com in California, at Proto India and Manthan South Asia, been featured by Entrepreneur, CNBC, and India Today, been a panelist at TiE-ISB and SiliconIndia, been a guest editor for Innovation at CSI DeskTalk. Co-founded Wharton’s First India Immersion Program, and Pune’s Open Coffee Club for Entrepreneurs (punestartups.org).

I’m closely associated with the innovation and startup eco-system in India – mentor at Startup Weekend, Google Women on Web, BITS Pilani Conquest, GSF Accelerator, and an advisor to a few startups.

In my work, I often get attracted to paths that are not defined nor popular – new markets, tough problems, no analogies. More about all these on LinkedIn.

Living in Bangalore, where I’m happy to meet folks who think I can add value to their pursuit. Meeting places are Ants Cafe (Indiranagar) or Leela Lavazza (Old Airport Road).
